Recommendations

• Bring a printed copy of your purchase confirmation.
• If you added transportation, confirm the time and pick-up location.
• Your sunscreen and sunblock must only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide to be used in the park. If they don’t meet this requirement, you can exchange them at the entrance for a chemical-free sample; your sunscreen will be returned when you leave.

Important Information

• Children under 4 years old enter for free. Children aged 5 to 11 pay 50% of the adult ticket price (in both cases, a valid ID is required at the park entrance).
• Children taller than 1.40 m but under 12 years old must also present identification to verify their age.
• Snorkeling equipment requires a refundable deposit of $100 MXN/$10 USD.
• Reservations canceled more than two days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days before arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Date changes are not permitted on the same day of your visit.
