Recommendations

• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
• Shower before entering the cenote to protect its ecosystem.
• The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years. Note: For zip-lining, the minimum height required is 1.40 m, and the minimum weight is 40 kg.
• Children aged 6 to 11 pay half the price of an adult ticket (ID is required for the tour operator when boarding the transportation).
• Children taller than 1.40 m but under 12 years old must present an ID to verify their age.
• Reservations canceled more than two days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Same-day date changes are not allowed.

• The Xenotes Oasis Maya Tour activities are recommended for children aged 6 and older.

• All activities provide modern safety equipment and are suitable for the entire family, starting from 6 years old.
• Keep in mind that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so the roads leading to them are unpaved.
