• Sunscreen, insect repellent, and sunblock must only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.

Important Information

• The first trajinera boarding time is 8:00 p.m. from September to March, and 8:30 p.m. from April to August.
• Duration: Approximately 3 hours.
• The recommended minimum age at Xoximilco is 5 years (children must be accompanied by an adult at all times).
• Children ages 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket price (ID is required at the park’s ticket booth).
• Children taller than 1.40 m but younger than 12 years must present ID to prove their age.
• Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Same-day date changes are not possible.
• Each trajinera has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
