• Activities at Xplor are recommended for children over 5 years old (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: For the zip line activity, a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
• If the tour includes transportation, confirm the time and place of departure.
• Use biodegradable sunscreen; if you do not comply with this requirement, there is a module at the entrance where you can exchange your sunscreen for a chemical-free sample; your products will be returned to you at the exit.

Important Information

• The minimum age for entry to Xplor is 5 years. Children between 5 and 11 years old pay 50% of the adult price (ID must be presented at the park ticket office).
• Children taller than 1.40 m but younger than 12 years must present ID to verify their age.
• Some activities have restrictions for expectant mothers.
• For the zip line activity, the maximum weight is 136 kg, and the minimum is 40 kg. The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 130 cm and 70 cm around each leg. In the case of children, the harness must fit properly; otherwise, for their safety, they will not be allowed to participate.
• Transportation is included only if added at the time of purchase.
• Cancellations made more than 2 days in advance of the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; cancellations made 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-shows, will not be refunded.
• It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
