The charge is per vehicle, not per person. If there are 1 to 3 people in the vehicle you will pay one fee, if there are 4 to 7 people in the vehicle it is a different fee.
Do we have to share a transfer with other people?
If you request it privately, it will be alone or with your family, but if you pay the shared service rate, it will be with other people, and you will have to wait for them or you to board the unit to take them.
Do you have any protocol against Covid19?

Is this cream that mentions protecting me for 12 hours sold on board?

Do we have to book a round trip transfer?
If you like to book round trip you will have a discount. This, as long as your return date is confirmed. If this is not the case, you must pay for your first service before your arrival and you will pay for the return service before leaving through our website.
Is there a limit on how much luggage we can carry?
Yes, a maximum of two pieces per person (if you want to bring more pieces they have an additional cost) and you would have to notify us to see the space in the same van.

Are the Drivers experienced and licensed?

We travel in a group. Is there any disccount?

If we take a baby, do they also pay?

How much do I tip my driver?

You can pay for transfers using American dollars, Canadian dollars, or Mexican pesos (MXN).

Can I ask the driver to stop at a store along the way?
As part of our service we offer a free 15-minute stop at any store. After that each stop costs $40.00 USD per hour. It is generally recommended to stop at Wal-Mart, Costco or any other store, when the service is private.
