What type of vehicles do they use?

We have a variety of new vehicles, with capacity for 7, 10, and 14 passengers, to suit your needs.

How will we find them at the airport?

Then you walk down the hallway lined with many booths offering transportation services. They'll try to offer assistance with your transfer and offer discounted excursions. Ignore them; remember, you've already paid for their service. Continue on to the departures gate, and in the arrivals area, our staff will be waiting for you with a sign that includes our logo and the company name: "MIDAS TRAVEL," along with your name or that of your family.

I'm traveling alone, do I have to pay for two people?
The fee is per vehicle, not per person. If there are 1 to 3 people in the vehicle, you'll pay one fee; if there are 4 to 7 people in the vehicle, it will be a different fee.
Do we have to share a transfer with other people?
If you request it privately, it will be alone or with your family, but if you pay the shared service rate, it will be with other people, and you will have to wait for them or you to board the unit to take them.
Do you have any protocol against Covid19?
Of course, our drivers are previously checked before leaving for you, before boarding the van it is disinfected by nebulizing it with a Nanotechnology product which is harmless, 100% biodegradable, odorless, friendly to people and pets, upon arrival your luggage is cleaned with a direct disinfectant that creates a Bio film deactivating all types of viruses and bacteria, including SarsCov2. And it gives you protection for 72 hours, we offer antiseptic hand cream also created with a Nano molecule that protects you for 12 hours, even if you wash your hands, if you forget, lose or throw away your mask, we help you. We offer a two-layer one also coated with the Nbelyax Nano molecule that gives you greater protection and the ease of breathing safely, this with an additional charge of 7 US dollars.
Is this cream that claims to protect me for 12 hours sold on board?
Yes, on board we can offer you products to protect you against the risk of contracting Covid, we offer antiseptic cream (which replaces antibacterial gel, because it kills bacteria and not viruses) Antiseptic soap, both protect you for 12 hours, and a direct sanitizer that protects your personal items, such as glasses, cell phones, surfaces, sinks, cards, wallets, suitcases, everything you receive or store for 72 hours, we have these 3 products in 60, 250 and 900 ml, the 60 ml ones are very practical and necessary for traveling. We also have two-layer masks that are washable and reusable for up to 10 days, and last 8 washes, available for adults and children. Request prices and pay for the products you need, so that when you receive them they will be delivered to you and you and your family are at less risk of contagion.
What happens if our flight is delayed and we don't arrive on time?
We'll wait for you until your plane lands; we monitor incoming flights. (The flight number and airline are required when quoting.)
Our flight is delayed, can we get a transfer?
If you pay in advance, you don't have to worry; our airport coordinator will be there until your flight arrives.
Do we have to book a round-trip transfer?

If you wish to book a round-trip ticket, you'll receive a discount. This applies only if your return date is confirmed. If this isn't the case, you'll need to pay for your first service before your arrival and the return service before your departure through our website.

Is there a limit on how much luggage we can carry?

Yes, a maximum of two pieces per person (if you want to bring more pieces, there is an additional cost), and you would have to let us know to check the space in the same van.

Can I pay online with a credit card?
Yes, we accept various payment methods. (Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express)
Are the drivers experienced and licensed?
Of course, the safety of our customers is paramount, which is why all of our operators are experienced and federally licensed.
We're traveling in a group. Is there a discount?
Contact us through our group travel request form to receive more detailed information about group travel. This information will be used to create a personalized quote.
We're going to Cozumel. Can you take us to the ferry docks in Playa del Carmen?
Yes, our shuttle will take you to the ferry dock in Playa del Carmen. Please book your ride on our website and prepay. Pay the same if you need a return ride. NOTE: If you require a ride to the ferry dock in Playa del Carmen, please select “Playa del Carmen” as your drop-off location from the drop-down menu when booking.
We just want a transfer from Cozumel to the Cancun airport. Where will we be picked up?

The closest point is the ferry dock in Playa del Carmen.

Do I have to pay a baby fee?

Infants do not pay if they travel on an adult's lap. If they need a baby seat, they must pay as a regular passenger to use one in the van.

How can I book a transfer on the website?
When you select the transfer payment option, your bank details will appear. You must submit your proof of payment within 24 hours of receiving your service for it to be valid.
How much should I tip my driver?
This is at the discretion of each individual. It depends on how you perceived the service. As long as it's good and the driver is friendly and courteous, it's very different from our operator asking for a tip. If so, report it; they are prohibited. It's a courtesy from our users.
What currencies do you accept? Mexican pesos (MXN, CAN, USD)
Transfers can be paid in US or Canadian dollars, or in the local currency MXN. Please consult our pricing table and ask your driver for the most up-to-date exchange rate.
Can I ask the driver to stop at a store along the way?
As part of our service, we offer a complimentary 15-minute stop at any store. After that, each stop costs $$40.00 USD per hour. It's generally recommended to stop at Walmart, Costco, or any other store when using a private service.
